Get a PhD

I’m reconsidering this one. As much as I want to do it, it’s not really feasible financially. Once the market turns around and I might be able to sell my house, I can work on this again.

I’m nearly there actually!! Have submitted my thesis and have my viva coming up on 26th September…fingers crossed!!!!

Now that I have a baby and all my time was gone for him and also the new biz we just set up. I think this goal of getting ph.d is sooo far far away to achieve..

Went to my Ph.D. orientation this week. First step!

i finished my first chapter, about 5.600 words, 21 pages formated. it may be complete and utter b**s, but i’ve done that much.
only about 75.000 words to go. i can’t believe that fills me with joy, but it does.

When I grow up I want to get my PhD. I want to get it young, before I have any children. To realize this goal, I need to stay motivated while I finish highschool and my bachelors and masters. I want my degrees in some branch of linguistics, though I haven’t decided which yet. I know I have a long time ad a lot of work before I accomplish this, but I believe that I can, and will.

B.A. needs to be earned first! i’m workin on it. :)

Then I have two years to get my masters and another 2 to get the PhD. (I have specific programs in mind).

Can’t wait to mold the minds of college students… mmmmmmmhmmm.
