How I did it: I got a job in October which is spring for New Zealand and It got hotter and the more I was inside the more I realised how much I wanted to be outside, it was a different feeling for me. I was hiomeschooled for my High School years so I was used to being inside most of the time, I didn't really see what was so great about fresh air and sun until I grew up and got a job, now whenever its sunnt I love to go out and just sunbathe or swim, its fun and makes you feel good. I am setting myself up poorly by trying to do this before work.
I rarely get out of bed of my own accord in the early hours. While I look for someone to enjoy the early sunshine with, I am going to make time to do this after groceries and before supper. 5 years ago

Every evening I have every intention of getting up when the alarm goes off; every morning, I cave and reset it.
I don’t know what kind of motivation I need to get up and outside in the mornings. I think I’m going to need to make morning plans to get a routine going. Maybe a little external pressure since my intrinsic abilities seem to be lacking. 5 years ago
