Probably shooting the moon on this one, can’t really fight genetics, but what the hey. Current measurements: 37-28-38, 5’8”, 150lbs. Very curvaceous, rather thick.
Just got back from France where I didn’t exercise and ate like the hedonist I am, so theres probably some room for improvement. I have a training corset that pinches me in to 24”, does anyone know if that will help me change my waist permanently?
Maybe my goal can be 24 but I’ll settle for any loss I can get.

I had no idea

I was doing some dressmaking the other day for a friend and while I had the tape measure out I decided to measure my own waist 24 inches. What? Hang on…that can’t be right. Isn’t 24 inches considered pretty small? I’m not absurdly small. In fact I think of myself as pretty curvy. Measured again. 24 inches again. So I have a 24inch waist but I also have a 10DD bust and my Mum’s hips so I am well balanced and unlikely to topple over or snap in half. 24 inches looks absurd on some people but pretty standard on others. Like any measurement/weight it depends on the whole package as to whether it is some sort of odd ‘achievement’ or just genetics.

Have one. not so great. My hips are still big,but my chest is not so I’m kinda awkward now. Whatev. Now I can work on getting 34 inch hips.
Oh I had a 26 and a half inch waist, so I didnt have a long way to go, but it still took work.
