I got my nails done today. Yes, I had the mani/pedi and I feel wonderful. I didn’t feel bad about it, either. Mmmm. Feels good.

I always put others first. My son, my friends, the man I love. He’s always telling me to take care of myself and I don’t do it. If I am hungry and he or my son is as well, Iby the timne I am done feeding them I have lost my appetite and gone on to doing something else for them. I’ll replenish my son’s wardrobe many times over before I even purchase one item for myself. I feel bad about getting a mani/pedi and will let my hands and feet go until I am ashamed for my man to see them. No more. No more…
