...Willpower. Plain and simple. But I get bored and I find myself doing it unintentionally. Before you know it, I’ve got stubs for fingers and a belly full of clippings. Argh!!
So I have a new tactic…
I always get funny about showing my hands when I bite my nails, esp’ around my boyfriend. Ok, he’s seen me without make up, in floods of tears over films, streaming with snot when I’m ill and looking like a drowned rat when I’ve walked home in the rain, but for some reason, I CANNOT show him my hands when I’ve bitten my nails. SO, it is my new plan to remind myself “what would your boyfriend think…???”. In actuality, he wouldn’t care, but I’m hoping to try and shame myself into stopping, haha!

about a month ago i bought one of those pandora bracelets, which of course cannot be opened without nails…..i found it very frustrating that everyone else could open the clasp and not me…..
so since then i havent bitten my nails and well now of course i can open the clasp myself whenever i want to!... yay! =)

OK, so. I started a few days ago. I CAN SEE A BIT OF WHITE! i have decided if i need to bite, the thumbs will be the ones! i had to bite my ring fingernail off, it was catching on things :( I think that I will paint them tonite :)

Julie is procrastinating (as usual).
This is just something I feel like doing. I never ever grow them out; I would trim them whenever even the slightest bit of white shows. It feels like they can get in the way so I don’t know how long I’ll go!
