How I did it: I started using a enforcement treatment in a nail spa so, despite some failures in my plan, I keep on letting them grow. They are very weak but they look better and better everyday. Resources: I´m using the treatment in this spa, Mink. |

How I did it: I think it got to the point where i thought they looked really gross. thats what made me really try for the first time to stop biting them.I have tried a lot of times, using different things, like nail polish that tastes bad or bright polish to remind me. but they never worked.i just had to really hate how they looked and really wanted to stop. they look a lot nicer now. I always get funny about showing my hands when I bite my nails, esp’ around my boyfriend. Ok, he’s seen me without make up, in floods of tears over films, streaming with snot when I’m ill and looking like a drowned rat when I’ve walked home in the rain, but for some reason, I CANNOT show him my hands when I’ve bitten my nails. SO, it is my new plan to remind myself “what would your boyfriend think…???”. In actuality, he wouldn’t care, but I’m hoping to try and shame myself into stopping, haha!

OK, so. I started a few days ago. I CAN SEE A BIT OF WHITE! i have decided if i need to bite, the thumbs will be the ones! i had to bite my ring fingernail off, it was catching on things :( I think that I will paint them tonite :)
