complete my Toastmasters CTM

I got my CTM. Yay! I’ll wait till I get settled in my new home to decide if there will be time to continue in Toastmasters.

I completed my CTM back in June 2006! Finally! I’m very proud of myself : ) It’s made a huge impact on my life. I recommend it to everyone.

I’ll be the Table Topics Master next week. I’m looking forward to the meeting where I plan to present each impromptu speaker with a fortune cookie. I will ask each speaker to explain how the saying from the cookie will effect their lives.

I’ve completed my first two speeches and I’m really enjoying the Toastmasters experience. The environment of other speakers striving to improve their skills is an excellent and comfortable one.

Today we had our annual humorous speech contest which was well attended. The speeches are so much fun to listen to.

I have two more speeches to do before I’m done my CTM!! This is a huge hurdle for me. I was so afraid of public speaking and now I’m actually having fun with it! Don’t get me wrong…I still get nervous.
