I already lost 10 pounds after tipping into the “overweight” range last spring, but I’d like to see how much I’ll lose if I just keep eating healthy and exercising regularly.

I’m not going to starve myself, or do anything unhealthy. I’m exercising my face off again, hope to lose 30-40 lbs by summer…
and I have two more stone to go. I just can’t shift it and I’m so disheartened about it.
I’ve been losing weight for a while now.
There’s a website: The Daily Plate (just that in between a www. and a .com) that has really helped. It’s a calorie tracking website.
I intend on challenging myself
I currently weigh something like 72 kg and im not happy with my body. i want to reach my goal of 68kg. I have a target area of august next year which is hopefully easily attainable. :)

I lost some weight put some on but am still less that I was when I added this goal, 125 lbs now I am 121 lbs and happy with it,
and was 118 recently! Wanna stay btw 118 -121 and I am happy with my weight, goal completed.
So far I have lost 32lb (maybe put on a couple as I have just been on holiday!) at Slimming World with my sister. It has made such a difference to me. I have dropped 2 dress sizes, but don’t want ot buy many clothes yet as I need to get to my ideal weight, maybe 8-12 more pounds off.
in september i was 198 pounds and 14. i play football so it wasnt to bad and i wasnt fat i was just husky i guess because i had alot of muscle. well i decided that being 198 pounds isnt wut i wanted to do for alot of reason so i started dieting on and off up until now and now im in the 135-140ish range. im still not really happy with my body knowing that probly about half the weight i lost was muscle and now i have to build it all up again plus i have so much lose skin everywere. but i still say i look better and feel more comfortable now
