No more processed foods

Need to make our diets better. Have done well with less meat for us, lo carb for him, but need to increase grains, beans, vegetables and soy. Can do it by keeping fridge cleaned out, pantry cleaned out and only by foods we need for a fixed menu every week. Gotta use the crockpot more often and steamer too.
Need to grow more of our own food – get some beans and zukes in the ground!
