sunscreen on of course. I’ve decided against going for a fake tan lotion. There is plenty of sun out, so there is no reason why I can’t get some real, natural, healthy color. My goal for my lunch breaks is to start running for 20 minutes outside! 20 minutes without sunscreen is okay, isn’t it? That will help build up some color. I’d love to go today, but I don’t have my sunglasses or a hat or the right shirt, so I’ll wait unill I’m more prepared tomorrow.

My supervisor asked me if I had high blood pressure, because my cheeks looked red. Wow. I sit out in the sun reading for a few days, and the little bit of color I managed to get causes concern that I have health problems. Eh.
My mom says that I look sickly from being so pale. It’s not my fault I have Irish skin! I may have to resort to going to the tanning salon a few times… and risk the whole skin cancer thing. Oi. After all, I can’t afford to take a trip to somewhere tropical…
