It’s easy to get lost in an activity, or use anxiety or business as diversions. Context forces prioritizing and pruning, and alternately, slowing down forces attention to the context or big, possibly vague goal.

Amy don't waste a day
Find what they aim towards, find how they are parts of a whole.
Also, try to pare down list, not necessarily by just knocking off all the easy ones, or ones that are tasks rather than endeavors (by my tagging system). Perhaps find a method for achieving goals. Certainly part of the benefit of making a list like this is that one can focus on one problem at a time.
