I am on many sites, and I actively oppose lies and delusions on any site I visit. How is that any of your business?
I do not consider you a child for the act of taking part in this “goal” – I consider you a child because legally that’s what you are. You are not an adult, you are a child, a minor. Once you hit 13 you are a “teenager”, but legally still a child.
There are many underage users on this site, 12 and younger. Evidence of this is posted everyday as these children state their ages.
By your logic no adult should ever “argue” with a child. Sorry, that’s not the way the world works. We are adults because we were once children, and we have lived far longer, with far more education and experience. This isn’t bragging – it’s the simple truth. Adults who take time out of their day to tell you the truth do so because we care enough to give you the information you need in order to make an educated, informed choice.
I have never tried to tell anyone “what to think” – I am simply exercising my Freedom of Speech to correct misinformation as presented by others. If they have the “right” to present lies, fantasies, and delusions as truth, then I have as much Right and more to present verified Fact that shows their claims to be false.
I have never claimed to “know everything” – but what I do know I will present the factual proof that supports it and stand behind it 100%.
You are making an erroneous assumption about the nature of “hurt” and “help” – in the case of incorrect concepts and ideas, easily proven false, it is far more “hurtful” to allow those ideas to germinate in the minds of others than it is to expose them for what they are. In other words, it is far more preferable to “hurt” temporarily with the truth, than to “comfort” with a lie because in the long run the lie will do far more damage, and on a permanent scale.
This “goal” and others like it, are “populated” by those who believe in it, that is true. Does that make this “goal” immune to being exposed as a lie by those with the knowledge to do so? No. Does the act of making a “goal” on here immediately render that “goal” achievable or sacred? No, it does not. Does it grant their “belief” immunity from being questioned and examined in detail by those who use logic and critical thinking? No, it does not.
You are free to post anything you like, and even claim it as truth, but in the end you are not immune to the fact that someone will demand proof or use logic to show that your claim is not true. Throwing a tantrum because someone catches you in your lie doesn’t justify the lie either.
What I am doing isn’t “wrong” at all. You are simply far too young to understand why what I do is ethically and morally the correct thing to do. If everyone in possession of fact and truth were to abandon others to lies, fantasies, and delusions, the world would be easy prey for unscrupulous individuals seeking to profit off of the gullibility and belief of others. On these “goals” alone it is far too easy for people to come on here and tell you everything you want to hear – telling you that they are vampires, werewolves, mermaids, faeries, etc. etc. ad nauseum, when the simple truth is that they are lying.
No such creatures exist. Shapeshifting is a fantasy only. These people are not telling you the truth in any way, shape, or form. Why it seems to be “alright” on here for people to post lies but not alright for people to post the truth is a question you each need to ask yourselves. 5 months ago
