I weight 115 right now. I used to be 123 in the summer. My goal is to weigh 105 because I would feel much more comfortable and confident with myself. I excerise regularly but I have lost all motivation to lose weight. I eat healthy, I just over do it at night because I get bored.

at the end of the summer after I weigh in. I will more than likely spend the summer riding, hiking, and sleeping out of doors. I will not be around refrigeration or snacks. I will be active, not sedentary. I will not be around grocery stores or Sonics. This goal will be easy to accomplish!
I’ve lost 13 pounds in the last 2 months. I actually lost it all in one month it just came right off easily and then I stopped doing my diet but maintained the weight the next month. I’m starting again this week with a strict diet and adding a good amount of exercise. I have 17 pounds to loose. Wow. I have to do it though. Summer is almost here, and I haven’t been that small since high school.

because I look good and feel good hovering around 110. I mean, all of my clothes fit nicely, I like how I look when I get out of the bathtub in front of the full length mirror, and I am horseback or walking or doing yoga every day. I am eating healthy and drinking lots of water. And still I hover around 110. I think my body might be telling me something.

I didn’t weight this morning, but I am going to weigh in on Monday and see how things are going. I am eating as many fruits and vegetables as I want in a day. Yesterday I had Kashi cereal with blueberries, a banana-blueberry-vanilla yougurt smoothy, a big spring greens salad, and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. And one Dr. Pepper. I wonder if that keeps me under 1000 calories. Pretty close!
I am also walking and riding almost every day. I am happy with how I look, but would love to shed about five pounds for the summer.

One thing that helps is eating as close to the source as possible.
Another thing that helps is doing something I love that is active: ride horse, walk, run, or yoga.
Third thing that helps: drinking water and refusing to drink any calories.
Fourth thing that helps: recognizing that I eat out of boredom. Make each bite count. Recognize why I am seeking out food.

I am going to try to hit 108 by March 1. Slowly but steadily. Lightening up on the portions and moving my butt!
