never forget

on my list anymore. i KNOW i will NEVER forget.
i am a new yorker, after all!

My best pal Steve who died in a car accident last night. I don’t have allot of friends, they can’t live up to my high standards. Steve surpassed them all. Love you lots Steve…Rest in Peace buddy!!

because what does your life mean if you cant remember those days and those moments that made you who you are?

I don’t want to forget all that has happened in the past, hoping it paves the road for this new ‘adventure’ I am about to face. Why is change so hard?!

I don’t ever want to forget why or how I fell in love with my husband.
I don’t ever want to forget that my daughter is the most important person in my life.
I don’t ever want to forget that everything I’m doing is to make them happy.

I still remember it all, from her scent to her voice.

i saw the towers burning that day, from my office about 20 miles away.
i lost my job that day, and was forced to start buying news papers for the want ads. problem was that there were no want ads, only obituaries.
my community lost 6 people, none of whome i knew personally, but i still cried.

Remember the things I have accomplished, the people I have met and loved, the sins I have commited, the wonders I have seen, and hold those memories forever dear.
