this goal with focus on personal growth – with still a lot of room for improvement.
Couldn’t sleep this night – was excited about some job offers that might be something for my 2nd job goal – and after an hour of laying in my bed clearly awake and excited I decided to do something about it. Thought of a couple of options and ended up doing the weirdest of them – having myself stand in the corner, face to the wall, for a whole hour. Turned out to be an interesting experience!
The first experience was excitement. Couldn’t stand still, irregular breathing, continuously thinking of that job offer. Meanwhile I tried to concentrate on having a good posture.
After a while, the breathing eased down and became deeper, and I managed to stand still.
Then I started to breathe just through my nose, and this felt really powerful. At the same time, muscles relaxed a lot, and my mind eased down to an almost meditative state.
Later on the mind became more active again, but not to the level of excitement like before.
Until after an hour the alarm sounded… Glad I did what came up in my mind and amazed by the different states I’ve been through:)
I’m an expert daydreamer, and I’ve come to the conclusion that it is a waste of time if nothing happens. So finally I’m taking steps to getting a second job, which was one of my recent weird ideas.
Tonight I’ve registered online with 3 employment agencies – no way back now!
