How I did it: well it's start raining and i feel amazed looking at the different patterns in the sky. Than i took my camera and get the pic. When i saw the pic for the first time i feel like the cloud wants to take over the earth that's truly facilitating.

A woman from out of town came into the shop and looked around for a while. Her & her husband had just got in the car to go for a drive that morning and ended up in Downtown Paris. She bought a purse & left. Later she came back with her husband and while looking around he looked at one of my photographs (that wasn’t really for sale…just out because it was one I liked). No one has ever asked about my stuff so I was taken back when he asked “how much for this one??” I ended up telling him $120 & he bought it!! It was a photo that I took on an old back road when I was still taking photography classes!!
I’d like to learn how I can sell my nature photographs as photos or greeting cards – online or through retail.
Technically I have already done this. But both times I have sold a photograph it was of the Eiffel Tower…and anyone will by that picture! I want to sale something more original I guess….
has been more than just a hobby of mine; it has become throughout the years a passion. I have entered several contests and have won on occasion. Would like to make money at this someday; however, I haven’t a clue where to start. Does anyone have some ideas to begin???
Through recent discovery, I have found the internet to be a plethora of income potential. Photographs can be an extension of one’s life, by recognizing those small treasures all around you. Demanding attention to a moment of time stood still. I have sold pieces to individuals in the past. I have used my photos for gifts and illustrations for my book. I believe that with the knowledge of pricing and demand, I would like to move to the next step in my photography career. And if nothing else, the satisfaction of putting these images to use is gift enough for me.
I always wanted to see my work in print so I joined fotoLibra and they sold two of my pictures in six months. So I got a job with them and I’m now working for them!
So of course I’m biased, but it was the best and easiest way for me to get into the pro picture market.
