I breastfed my son who is now 2 exclusively for 4 months. I wish I had waited the extra 2 months to introduce solid foods because I think he has some allergies. My daughter is now 9 months and I only recently introduced some solids because she seems interested. Foods are only for fun in the first year, because breastmilk is the perfect food and provides all of thier nutrition (even after a year!). 6 years ago
