smell the roses

pass by without stopping to smell roses. I love to smell roses.

Namely, being able to enjoy their fragrance whenever you work there. :-) There are such things as simple pleasures after all.

I do stop to smell the roses even literally. The scent is lovely.

If you don’t stop to smell the roses you’ll put yourself in an early grave, I think.

Now to carry on with it

Life is just getting too fast. Time to slow down and really enjoy life in the present
