design dresses

So i was talking on the phone with a friend of mine and when i was about to get off my friend started motor-mouthing about how i should design wedding dresses because “that would make a killing”.

This is not a new idea….I’ve thought of this before. I’m very interested and i see all these things that wedding dresses now-a-days fall short of. And i want a custom made one for my wedding.. so why not be a wedding dress designer on the side!? that would be great!

i’ve been brainstorming and also looking into seamstresses and their prices..i feel like this is finally becoming a reality! all i need now is the money. i’ve designed a couple things already…i wanna see them and wear them now!!

Well I have many ideas and even plan to take notes from magazines. Since I’m taking this quarter off from school I think I’ll start on a dress. And taking classes for shoe making and dressmaking would be a good idea too. :-)
