cause i was drinkin and you dont want to mix those drugs with alcohol trust me . other than that ive kept it up .

it will be a week of taking my pills right on the first of january . providing of course that i keep doing it :) i have noticed that i do feel alot better when i take them.

I almost got myself in big trouble with this again

I have a really hard time remembering to take my meds like i am supposed to . last week i took it maybe 3 times out of 21. i started having problems was twitching getting flash migrains and all kinds of other stuff . I have got to remember to take these. Ive been useing the alarm on my cell phone which seems to have helped a little bit but still not great . i’ve also asked my husband to try to help me remember.
