Have a boy baby and a girl baby

I just had my daughter 5 weeks ago. Her big brother is 2 1/2 and he loves taking care of his sister. He is already protective of her. If you are lucky enough to have one of each consider yourself truly blessed.

They are each so magnificent in their own way. They are each such a reminder of how wide open our hearts can be and how brilliant each of us really are…(easy to lose sight of that one!)

They are so different in some ways and yet, so alike in others. Watching my son try to help his sister and protect her and take care of her is really a beautiful thing. I feel so lucky.

And spoil them rotten!
