learn krav maga

I will become a person who can be responsible for myself, and if I so choose, others. Krav Maga is how one way to cover one side of this.

A well rounded person should know how to defend themselves.

I have tried karate before but could not complete it… i want to learn a certain type of martial art and now my key interest is krav maga… I hope i can accomplish this. wish me luck

Today I will check out the new facility that’s opening in Charlotte. My daughter has shown an interest and hopefully will join with me.

I’ve trained in Aikido and Hapkido. I’m going to learn Krav Maga.

I definitely need conditioning and it doesn’t hurt to know how to fight off an attacker in this day and age.

And Krav Maga seems to be the most serious, no holds barred defensive fighting style ever developed anywhere. It is all about speed, agility, and disarming techniques. I greatly appreciate that it is not about simply warding off an enemy combatant, but disabling multiple combatants as quickly and as efficiently as humanly possible. No playing around, totally serious, totally necessary in this day and age!!!

I want to learn Krav Maga, the martial arts style of the Israeli special forces.

Have no idea how to start… But I want to get fit and also learn to fight defensively.
