How I did it: I didn't have much opportunities to cuddle so far, so I decided to go to a professionally organized cuddle party to change that. A lot of strangers (more than 50 in this case) get together and are slowly instructed to touch each other, get touched and pay attention to how that feels. It is as strange as it sounds, but somehow it works.
It is a great way to try all the different ways of how you can cuddle and to find out how everything feels and what you like. It probably also makes me less anxious to touch others, which has been a problem me.
This has definitively been in interesting experience and I learned quite a bit about cuddling and myself.
