And I love it. It is hard work; don’t let the gentle and slow movements fool you, it is a workout. But so, so worth the effort in learning.
morning,I got up very early to run,and in a square,I saw more than twenty oldsters in loose sports suits were playing Tai Chi Ch’uan,I was really willing to do that with them, but there are almost all the elders there,I even cannot find another person as my age,so it was a little bit embarrassed,so maybe next time…
