A little everyday will help me feel relaxed and more centered. I’m truly a beginner but I have a book I like with three alternating routines. Excited to get started.

How I did it: I used my wiifit to perfect the poses and forced myself to do a few in the morning, after I wake up and more in the evening while listening to audio books. As soon as you get into the routine and find the time for it, it's easy! and so so worth itI can touch my toes now!! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I now practice yoga 4 times a week. It is part of my schedule and routine now- the key for me was to do that. I found a program on tv and when it's on, I'm there doing it. Simple! Read how I did it…

I did some yoga today but I know I’ll have to do it for a while before I can really say I’ve accomplished this… if I tick it off now I know I’ll just stop lol

I love being active and it really helps my mind to stay healthy, too. I would really like to start doing yoga. I am a runner, kind of… and I have read SO much that yoga is great for runners. I also think what yoga does to a woman’s body is pretty great. I have looked up classes in my area on a number of occassions, but that is as far as its gone.

I’m too impatient. I want to do all the advanced exercises but I cannot even reach my toes without bending my knees. I know it is not a competition but the easy exercises are kinda boring. I still want to do it, though.
I’m pregnant again, and my body is suffering. I feel uncomfortable letting my husband see me naked.
I don’t want to do cardio, since I am pregnant so I would like to start yoga again.
Each day, I’m going to set aside an hour (from 10-11) and do yoga.
Just hoping the 7 month old agrees to this :)

When I go on my holiday next week I’ll do yoga on the beach, how cool is that?! I used my yoga book a few years ago and it was very helpful, but for some reason I stopped practicing. Now I really wanna start again and become advanced enough so I don’t need the book anymore.
I’ve been wanting to take up yoga for a long time. I’ve purchased books and DVDs in the past but never got past that point. I am going to start by attending a beginning yoga class at my local gym at least twice a week.
As you get older you realise that your body changes and you’re not as invincible as you once were. You vow to make those life-style changes. Eat healthier, drink more water, exercise more. More, more, more.
I decided I would do yoga as part of my more. As it so happened, I’ve wound up starting pilates instead. I’ve done it 4 days this week and am quite amazed at its effectiveness. Would recommend it to any and everyone.
So what about yoga? I’m still gonna do it, and look forward to crossing it off my list.
Namaste.
I would like a little more strength and grace and I think yoga can provide me with that.
