It's easy to love

It seems to be much harder to love myself.
Society seems to have a “stigma” attached to people loving themselves. Like it’s wrong to put myself first, to make sure that I am ok, no matter what.
I am not saying not to care about other people. I care too much at times, and I believe that’s where the problem lies for me. For me, it is very easy to love other people, to respect them and treat them well.
I believe that to truly love anyone else, I must love and respect myself first…....
