While it seems so rudimentary, it is also very simple. Most of the time, we are told that we can get things done in 3 easy steps or, in 30 days, we can change our health habits or revitalize some aspect of our lives. This program tries to break down what we do and why we do it and then using the the very simple process and sheets, tries to “re-program” us to be what we’d like to be. I guess I’d say it is pretty simple, just not easy but changing lifelong habits and behaviors isn’t easy!
I applaud all of you that tried the program for taking, at a minimum, some tentative steps toward a better future! 7 months ago
