Set up all of my bills online

This has made life so much easier. It was a pain setting up at first, but worth it. I haven’t stepped inside a bank in a very long time.

All my bills are set to Autopay to my credit card. If they won’t do autopay to the credit card, I have it autopay out of my checking account. All others, I pay when I receive the bill in the mail, so I don’t forget about them. I use about two stamps a month for all my bills :)

this is nice because you hardly have to think about it. all of my bllls are online except for my car insurance and one credit card. my one credit card charges me 12.00 to make an online payment, so i think it’s easier spending the 39 cents to send them a check. i think it’s stupid to be charged for online payments, but this is the worst bank i’ve dealt with. never use 1st financial bank.

Think I have everything set up online with the exception of 1 or 2…but I’ll consider this done.

I had a habit of forgetting to pay small bills on time, like utilities or store credit cards with $20 on them. So now I have every bill set up to pay online. The utilities come out of my checking account automatically, I set up an auto-pay for my mortgage, but I control it, and I have a repeating task set up for all my credit cards, with a link to the online site to pay the bill. So now I never pay late fees, and never get any nasty letters. It’s worth the time to set it all up.

I finally ended up putting all of my balances on one new credit card because they offered a low interest rate for the life of the balance. So now I just pay that ONE online, plus all of my other bills (PG&E, car payment, etc). I even cancelled my landline, because I’m never home anyway. It feels good to simplify, and to save money on postage!

Saves you so much time, effort and bother its not funny :)

it’s so much easier if you have them all in one place. i know when everything is due, and i’m not afraid that a payment will be late. nice and streamlined!

i finally did this today, and i am very excited about paying all of my bills online. i will use the time i save to keep my checkbook balanced and stay on top of my finances. not to mention this method saves on stamps and checks. very cool.
