Started taking beginning yoga twice a week to help with my flexibility. I realized that I am pretty tight in certain areas, but I know that I just need to be patient and the flexibility and full range of motion will come.

I’ve started going to Pilates and Yoga again. That’s the easy bit. STAYING going is the hard bit :)
