A true story of Kevin slater’s life growing up in foster and care homes from a very young age. This book will blow “A boy called it” away, quote from Washington Times newspaper USA. A gripping story that will have you thinkinking “This cannot be true, but it is every single chapter. Kevin has sold over 8,000 books in Usa and 4,000 in UK since November 2008. He has been on Radio station’s and newspapers across liverpool UK and his book is available in USA and UK ie.. Waterstones.com, Amazon.com WHsmith, Lulu.com USA and UK and in local libraries in his home town of liverpool.
Well, I opted to turn it into a series of short stories. I worked on the first one yesterday and it is completed on lulu.com. I ordered 2 copies so I can proof them before letting others know. I have enough written and mostly proofed to do at least 1 more if not 2 more short stories.
Someone else on here used Lulu. I have looked into it and I can’t wait to use it. My book is closer to finished. Working on the editing as well. Yuck.
The book has to be finished before you can publish it. I have been in a serious stall the last few months with property purchase, moving etc. I did work on it some more last week.
I also should state its not a novel or anything. It is a public journal of entries that I asked strangers to make. The title is ‘Stranger Days: Chicago’ by me, Matteo Favero. Check it out if you want.
I should clarify that I self published this on lulu.com. The style and format of the book really lent itself well to doing that, and once I set it up properly as a word document it really was breeze to put it on lulu.

Ha. the last entry sounded incredibly idealistic. Im funny like that. Not to mention the fact that I didnt do grub st…but then again I moved to the other side of the country. Yeah. Ok. For reals. It is coming along. The goal was to be done by new years…and that is not exactly happening…but i did finish the second section (day of new years eve! woot!) and feel very satisfied with it. Ok, the goal now is to get the last part done…by the end of January. Yep. Ooh, and I have tomorrow, new years day off, and I am hoping it will be prolific. Also I did actually sign up for a writing class, which starts in two days. Woo hoo. Here’s to goals. And the new year. :)
