improve my guitar skills

hi!

I practice 6 hrs a day.i know it’s not that much but i’m tryin to put much more on it. i’m sure that one day i can play a kick ass guitar. after all”Rome wasn’t built in a day…”

I have been playing guitar on and off for 30+ years. I need to discipline myself to play and practice more. I probably also need to network with some local musicians and play out some also.

I used to play and I would like to start again. I have two books of songs; one is Irish guitar and the other is Romantic Classics for Guitar or somethin like that. I would like to work on a song at least once a week…I used to love playing but stopped; and now I would like to get back into it. I miss the satisfaction of it.

A long time ago, I tried learning how to play guitar. I learned the basics, but I was busy with other things at the time and had to stop. I still occasionally strum around a little bit, but I’m not good at all. If I honestly just set aside 45 minutes or so each day to practice (and a little more confidence) I could probably start playing very well. I’m not sure why I want to improve myself in this particular area, I just want to. I don’t care if I never become the bastard child of David Gilmour and Buckethead, but it would be cool to bust a guitar solo out of nowhere occasionally.

I haven’t got lessons of guitar, i have learn to play the guitar myself, but now i think it could be cool to improve and get some good tips from good guitar teachers :D
