How to keep in touch with family more often

How I did it: A quick call one week, a note in the mail the next week, etc. I'm not too close to my parents, but it's important to keep in better contact than I had been. Now, I remember to call more often, and put a postcard in the mail, or send an email more often.

i'm so disconnected

i’m really bad about calling, writing, or visiting my half brothers and sister; and my family in another country. my siblings and i didnt grow up together, so even though i love them all, we’re not really close. i will try to, at least call them to see how they’re doing.
