stop saying sorry all the time

i say sorry constantly. i don’t even think about it, which actually is even worse, since i probably don’t mean it then. often i say it just to make sure no one is offended and therefore angry at me etc.

i need to stop.

not like its a bad thing, but i have cut down
its a good trait to have id say!
