Although men usually tend to introduce their wives or girlfriends to nudism first, more often than not it’s the women who are the better propagators when they realise it is about the freedom to be yourself and to stand on your own two feet rather than a beauty pageant or a spouse-swapping den of iniquity (though there are a number of nudists who are into swinging, and a lot less who still endorse beauty pageants – at least in America anyway).

Let me take you to a Nudist Camp or a Nude Beach. You can be pretty sure that you’ll find the visit very worthwhile, since most people do, and marvel how soon they’re comfortable with it, and get over their body hangups quickly.
