How I did it: The main reason I wnated to cut back was for the sake of my teeth, my poor, poor teeth. Too many fizzy drinks have led to an array of fillings. I detest the dentist, I am petrified. Coke is the main culprite, thanks to the phosphoric acid. Now, if I do go for a soda, I go for a non-cola one. Seldomly drink it now though. Read how I did it… 2 years ago

Ever since I stopped smoking, I have cut back on soda. I use to have like 6 or 7 a day. Now I have 2. I have been drinking more things like water, green tea and juice.
