I was suppose to set my challenge to achieve this goal by August 27, 2009, not May 27.



The Beginning 6 months ago

I have been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember. For some reason nothing ever stops. My main issues are sugar and not excercising. I believe if I can gain some control over these two things I could drop the pounds. I am always starting tomorrow. Well I am starting today with what I have. Overall I have approx. 90 pounds to lose, but I think doing it 30 pounds at a time will help me not feel so overwhelmed by it all.

My first goal in this is to stop eating sweets. The only time that I will allow it is for special occassions, like a Birthday.

The second goal is to excercise daily. To begin I must workout 30 minutes per day.



Im going to lose 30 pounds 7 months ago

ok so im young. But im chubby. And it bothers me so much. My friends and sister and family are all skinny but me! Plus it doesnt help that i have really bad body acne. So im going to lose 30 pounds by June. That way I’ll fit into my dress for graduation! Help me! How did you do it?



I am fat 2 years ago

I have a closet full of clothes I can’t wear…...I am now officially “the fat friend” of the group when I go out with my friends. I have never been small, but there was once a time in my life where I was pretty happy with my body. That was 30 pounds ago, in 2004. I want to get back that weight. I am just unhappy with myself, and cute plus-size clothes, hand bags, or shoes are NOT making me feel any better. Of course, Ice cream, chips, and cookies always make me feel better- but it is my kryptonite. I am also in the military, and I have to hear about how out of weight standards I am pretty much on a regular basis…... SO I am going to make some changes and see how it goes.
