How to pay more attention in class
It made me
stay in the moment 
"I really wanted great grades"
How I did it: I actually was heavily influenced by a leadership seminar I went to last fall. The man who led it heavily stressed a "be here now" concept. This meant focus on what was being done now, and not on your future plans or your cell phone or anything.
For that to really get into my head, I just had to tell myself "I want good grades, I have to be here now"
Now, I just tell myself as soon as I get to school "no more distractions, I am here to learn. Be here now"
It's really a great way to put things, and I would totally recommend it.

I paid more attention in my physics class and made the 100% I should be making on my quiz and a 98% on my homework. I hope I get my A in physics back.

“more” is so subjective..I could’ve paid attention more but I’m done with school for now (just graduated!) so I suppose this is giving up…
