sometimes when im home alone i just go hyper ;- dont ask why and find everything funny, something funny can come of every situation, you just gota find it ;)
How I did it: all that is needed is a sense of humor. when something is funny, you laugh. if you don't get the joke then laugh anyway, there are probably smarter people sitting near you. thanks

My motto in life is : laugh at life or it’ll make you cry. Too many people forget that life can be really tough but Joy is what gets us through…
There are too many comical situations in life not to laugh. Just go sit at the mall and watch. ;)
Depression is not a option and neither is giving up. Check out funny sites and comedians like Josh Blue. He has cerbal palsy but it doesn’t get him down- it takes him places.
Volunteer at a nursing home. Old people are hilarious and need to not feel alone. :) Kindergarteners are hilarious too…
In a strange turn of events I am actually finding this goal hard not for emotional reasons but physical! I reckon I might have mild asthma or something cos when I laugh too much I have a coughing fit and can’t catch my breath! Damnit, sometimes it seems like my body is conspiring against me, lol.
uuugh I felt so shit yesterday but somehow I agreed to watch a recorded Dara O’Briain stand up show and 45 mins of it actually made me feel better :D
The other day I was on my own in the house and feeling pretty rubbish. I happened to be watching comedy at the time and it wasn’t doing much to me even though it was funny, so I decided as no one else was around I would make myself laugh at each joke and although I felt like a bit of a nutter I think it helped!
I have no problem sticking to this goal.
I laugh tons, probably too much?
Laughing is good for the soul!

i like keeping this goal in my 43 things list because it’s something i don’t necessarily think about as being important… which it is.
things aren’t always great and it’s easy to look at it from the perspective that because i’m upset about something i can’t laugh and have fun. really i should be doing the opposite and continuing to do the fun stuff when things get worse. easier said than done though
its the only thing that pulls you through anything and everything. laugh and regain a little sanity.

This one’s been kind of difficult recently. My brother got attacked for no reason by a group of guys in the city (which may not seem that out of the ordinary if you live in a big city, but it’s pretty unusual and unlucky and unfair when you live in a place that’s got the biggest reputation for only having old, boring public servants as its inhabitents)... he was in hospital for a week and a half because he got pushed over, hit his head on concrete, had a seizure and then was unconscious. Now he’s living with my parents and me for a little while because he can’t be left on his own really in case he loses his balance which he tends to do. He really hates living with us coz he hasn’t got an amazingly good relationship with my parents. I’m really tired… I hate the stupid morons who decided they had the right to go pick on him for no reason and then just push him over and stuff. argh.
