Failed to eat breakfast. Or rather, had breakfast (scrambled eggs with avocado) but at 12PM.
How I did it: I found it hard at first because it was unusual but I started small with just a yogurt and glass of fruit juice. This morning I had a slice of toast too as I am getting hungrier as my body gets used to eating more regularly.I have noticed that my appetite over the day is more even and so is my mood. Really good improvements. Plus it gives an extra opportunity to get some vitamins and minerals and other nutrients. Great stuff. Read how I did it…

I awoke to my alarm around 6 AM, but didn’t get out of bed until about half an hour later… either way, I ate breakfast today! I need to keep this up…

I’m proud of myself this morning… although I woke up around 9:44 and did stay in bed for a bit due to being tired, I never went back to sleep and instead got out of bed and was able to eat breakfast at 10 AM! Now to work on waking up even earlier, 6 AM maybe!
I’ve had breakfast every day so far. At weekends I even make porridge which is nice. I have been noticing more even energy and mood levels so I think it is having a positive effect on my blood sugar levels.
and I need to eat breakfast to ensure that blood sugar levels are more even.
Plus, it is another opportunity to get some fruit or veg portions
I’ll consider this done when I have had breakfast every working day for a month.

I really should eat breakfast but I always wake up too late. I know this isn’t healthy

I have completed one month eating breakfast. I have gained some weight which makes me look healthier…though I’m still missing 5 kilos to be in my normal weight. This month I was on vacation, so, it was kind of easy… the challenge is to continue eating breakfast now that I start working again. Here we go…!!!!

I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day but sometimes that 10mins extra in bed is too good to resist! I used to drink 3 cups of coffee a day at work and snack throughout the day to get that sugar high – then crash out when I get home. I need to find something quick and easy to make in the morning that’s not boring like cereal.

I will mark this thing as done when I complete 3 months without skipping breakfast.
