Rebex is planning and plotting
I’m having a hard time concentrating at work. A really hard time!
I do have lots of things on my mind but as they’re not going away anytime soon I have to be able to concentrate at least whilst I’m at work.

Simple as that.
If there is something which inhibits that, then fix it, or eliminate it, or wait to do that thing till after the restriction is gone, and don’t worry about it.
If you sit down to do something, and you can’t, there will be a reason for that.
Is your desk not working? Chair to high/low, is there something about the task you do not understand? Is the goal clean but the means of achieving it not? Are there any honest distractions? Health, hunger, safe space to work?
These types of things for me seem to be the larger distractions. I do not have trouble concentrating when there is a specific task to be accomplished. When the method to achieve that goal is unclear, or there is one piece of the puzzle I just can’t achieve…this is where the concentration breaks down, and I loose focus.
Apparently, this is one of the more effective strategies to learning the type of concentration.
Just think: “Be Here Now”
when you start to wander. Interesting. Also scheduling some Worry-Time during the day or week eliminates that problem slightly.
Both interesting ideas. I’ll try them both.
I’m here is France for a little less than four months.
I’ve got a few projects I want to rock.
-French
-Photopuppet,
-Remote capture
-Algebra(Maths)
-Travel a bit.
So I’ve really go to learn some good concentration habits!
-One thing at a time.
-Really focusing.
-Trusting in a larger plan, and letting myself get completely obsorbed in the thing at hand.
-Schedule some “Worry Time”
-be easy and forgive failure and imperfection first or several times around. Practice practice practice!
