I LOVE JOGGING 1 year ago

I absolutly love jogging. How you feel every morning after you exhaust yourself I think is one of the best feelings in the world. It has it’s other obvious benefits, but I think it’s mental and spiritual in a sense as well. I’m going to jog everymorning, and not miss one day unless I injure myself in a way that makes me not be able to… but then I’ll try and do it anyway!

bit nervous but i think i can do it
i just need to loose a tiny bit of weight
and get fitter for netball
hopefully i’ll look fair good for a party coming up

Find a Partner 3 years ago

Jogging in the mornings is one of the most amazing feelings! The Bangalore winter – which is pleasant and not very cold is probably the ideal setting for me to have achieved this as well. Love the jog in the park with the sound of birds chirping, the nip in the air!

How I achieved it is by finding my jogging partner of old, someone who runs at the same pace and at some level has the same stamina as me. This means that I wake up not to disturb his routine even if not for myself!

Happening... 3 years ago

This is something I have been wanting to do for long, but have avoided doing so when I was on campus in Lucknow. Come Delhi, everything changes. I am wiling away less time, looking to do more and more in a day and this means that I am able to jog on a daily basis.

The only problem now is, I am jogging everyday but aint doing so in the morning. I need to get out of slumber mode and get moving!!

it seems pretty counter-intuitive, but jogging really energizes me. (in the right dosage of course!)

I’ve always imagined that a small jog in the morning followed by a brisk shower and healthy well rounded lil’ breakfast would so greatly improve my mood, and mental clarity throughout the day.

ah yes…. my perfectly efficient future self… damn what a guy!
