it just takes patient and persistence… start with one ball, get use to it. next two balls, get the hang of it, know the weight of the ball, the speed and height of the throw. then do three. just do about 10 minutes a day.

Have never found a practical application except for soccer juggling ( Keep ups) but it makes you feel better and can be relaxing. Four of five balls is really impressive but i cant do that!
