i finished my colon cleanse. i did it for nearly two months. done. i want to do it again since i just returned from another country. i shall try again within the next two months. any suggestions? 4 years ago

i did do the cleanse for one month. the fiber tasted much better/tolerable when mixed with chocolate soy milk. i did not do it for the 2 months as i had planned because i felt incredibly bloated and uncomfortable during the entire month!! it was terrible. i did cleanse some though. maybe i shall try again in the near future. 4 years ago

I started the cleanse on Tuesday. Today is day 6! I am proud of my sticktoittiveness! The fiber drink is the worst part, but tolerable when mixed with Chocolate Soy Milk. Out ye parasites! 4 years ago

am on day 9 of a 10 day MC and did’nt get the elimination results i’d hoped.
