colon cleanse

did i seriously write this many entries about colon cleansing?? mine came in the form of a colonoscopy. enough said.

i have purchased the products. now i must use them! what is holding me back?

Finally did it yesterday! It was a weird experience but I have to say I will probably do it again! It makes me feel good and I actually lost a pound!

I think everyone should have it done.

I thought i was goin crazy the first time i did it cause it wasnt all that pleasant, and im doing it again now. I actually feel clean. LOVE IT

i finished my colon cleanse. i did it for nearly two months. done. i want to do it again since i just returned from another country. i shall try again within the next two months. any suggestions?

i did do the cleanse for one month. the fiber tasted much better/tolerable when mixed with chocolate soy milk. i did not do it for the 2 months as i had planned because i felt incredibly bloated and uncomfortable during the entire month!! it was terrible. i did cleanse some though. maybe i shall try again in the near future.

I started the cleanse on Tuesday. Today is day 6! I am proud of my sticktoittiveness! The fiber drink is the worst part, but tolerable when mixed with Chocolate Soy Milk. Out ye parasites!

am on day 9 of a 10 day MC and did’nt get the elimination results i’d hoped.
can anyone suggest a GOOD colon cleanser that GETS results?

As I know how good it feels to do a cleanse,
I just want to do my 3rd colon cleanse this year.
