    I bought my OWN house a year ago after my divorce. I love having something that belongs to me and only me. My children live here with me of course, but no man. Their are programs available for single parents, 103% financing to help cover the closing costs etc.. It can be done. Also if you are a state employee you may want to check with a lending institution to find programs that meet your needs. Good Luck.

    My husband is in the navy, So we move…A LOT… We are on our way to Il..Chicago Area.. In 6 months….I hate that we waste all of this money on rent! I want to have my OWN place! So As soon as we get there..I am going to Start looking!
