How I did it: I feel I have just started my journey with Integral theory and life practices, and what a journey it's going to be!
After scratching the surface in this 2 day training, Jimmy Kyriacou (of http://www.inlp.co.za/) our facilitator gave me the gift of a grand overview that will help hold it together as I delve into the details!

it's a nice subject

Well, honestly at the beginning integral seemed like a very hard subject to me and it made me scared a lot… But after listening all the classes and studying it for a few nights, I can say that i got it… I also got that it’s not that hard even enjoyable! I had to do it for my maths class…And I got a %90 from it’s examination, it’s not bad!
But…It’s worth doing for only it helped me about my maths grade and school… Don’t try to learn it “Just for fun”. You can find better things=))
