see something corporate live

Until Andrew McMahon graces Glasgow with his presence. Which had better be fucking soon.

something corporate is the band that made me love music.
when i first bought “leaving through the window”, i was infatuated with it.
unfortunately, i was only about 12 then. so i never got to see them live. when they went on hiatus, i was so upset.
now it’s my life mission to see something corporate perform live at least once. i’ve already gotten jack’s mannequin. if there’s ever another soco tour, i will buy tickets to every show they do in my area.

‘Down’ was the first song I heard by SoCo WAY back in 2005. Fhe sent me it through MSN saying ‘Listen to this; you’ll love it.’ So I did…and I did. I put it on to play just sort of in the background while I looked around SPO, reading posts and replying to people, but then when I heard the singing start I just stopped, clicked back into Media Player and stared at the screen. Andrew’s voice…it was so beautiful I just couldn’t do ANYTHING. It gave me goosebumps and a goofy smile on my face. After that I fell head over heels in love with Something Corporate and Andrew McMahon, and then later, Jack’s Mannequin. His voice is just… heaven.

I don’t know if they’ll ever come here but if they do you can bet on me being there =]

I cried when they played Konstantine. Hearing it live has a different feeling.
It was a fun show.

I saw something corporate last winter at the starland ballroom. It was the best concert I’ve been too thus far.
