im going to be very thin.
i have managed to loose about 5 pounds and keep it off…so its time for a bigger goal.
i am about 137 pounds…and i wanna get down to 125 by the summer..one month to do it.

I have been exercising and eating right, but I have hit a plateau. I have been wondering about if I should go on a diet pill, for the extra energy and for the metabolism speed burst…
I dont want to waste money on something that doesnt work.
Does anyone know of one that they ahve tried and it REALLY works?
