How I did it: When my husband and I were in Vegas we were open to trying new foods. Out on a walk we found a small sushi bar and decided to try it. We picked 4 different rolls and enjoyed them all.
Our favorite raw sushi is the tuna carpaccio. It is raw tuna flattened with a mallet served swimming in a tangy spicy soy sauce with lemon slices. I also like the grilled eel and the steak and asparagus roll--well done for me.
Lessons & tips: Try it with a friend so you can each sample different items and trade.
Be willing to try. You may be delightfully surprised at the new tastes sensations.
