1st day of my italian class met tuesday, lab on wed and meet again thursday…=]
Starting a Facebook page and inviting all the Italian cousins is definitely helping with this goal.
Today I finally picked up my “Italian in 10 Minutes a Day” book (ISBN 0-944502-33-4). I’m going to try to keep going from here. It is a little daunting as I live with someone who has had a number of years of Italian classes. I find myself feeling quite self-conscious. Nonetheless, it begins.
I think the Italian language is beautiful. I’ve always wanted to visit Italy and would love to know the language when I go!
I heard about the website livemocha.com so I signed up for it.
At that site you can take lessons on almost any language it seems.
People who are fluent in the language you’re trying to learn help you with your writing &/or speaking.
It’s great getting help but it’s just as fun helping others who are trying to learn English. I’d recommend it for anyone trying to learn a language.
speaking italian has been a dream of mine ever since i was little and now it not a dream but a possibility!!!
After visiting Italy Spring of 2008, I purchased Rosetta Stone with every intention of learning the language. Not surprisingly, I never followed through with this goal of mine. It is my vow pull out the program and finally learn Italian, as I had originally set out to do.
tdhilltx21 is getting it going!!!
I was planning a trip to Sicily this summer with my girlfriend but we broke up. I had started to learn Italian but stopped studying. I will resume studying and will take a Berlitz course or buy Rosetta stone.
I now have level 1 rosetta stone to help me!
now if I can jsut remember to watch/do it…
