quit drinking beer

It’s tough not drinking beer. And, every time I’m not drinking with my friends, they think I’m pregnant. Superbowl may be difficult.

We are not going to quit drinking beer. We have a lot of friends. We do fun things with our friends, which almost 99% of the time include alcohol. We can’t afford expensive wines and liquors so we drink beer. But, my husband and I are realizing that beer is causing our weight gain. He is willing to try drinking wine. New rule: Beer once per week! New rule: Alcohol only 3 times per week!

I love beer. I love it. I did quit smoking recently, so I guess one thing at a time. Maybe next month.
