stop picking my spots

Only picked one spot today. I almost have clear skin. Now if I can not pick any in a week, I’ll say it’s done.

Yesterday I didn’t pick my spots once yesterday. If I keep up not picking my spots for a day is a great step for me.
Reasons to stop picking them is to get better looking skin and it is easier to shave.

I would like to point our I am doing well.
Baby wipes are class.

I can pick at spots that hurt because they hurt. They normally don’t hurt but I have one that hurts and … I think I killedededed it.
On another note Nivia For Men face cream is the best. I can really feel it working compared to other brands.

i have cut down from pickin my spots! lol, and i am using clearasil spot scrub which i do day and night, ive still got spots but i can tell that there goin so hopefuly they soon wiil

grrrrr, tey do my head in!!!, i hate not being able to pick a spot when you know that it needs picking and u know that everybody is looking at that spot in the middle of your fore head while speakin to you! lol. i get done from my boyfriend for picking them lol so i have come to the conclusion that i am goin 2 see how long it takes to stop me from picking my spots!

I was so close! I hadn’t picked a spot in four days. That’s along time! But I’m sure I can stop picking my spots cause I don’t really have any more! But I have a lot of blackheads.

I’ve stoped picking my spots on my fore-head so there’s progress!

Right I didn’t stop picking my spots over my time in Spain cause my face was always oily with sun cream on and after sun! But I’m sure I can stop picking my spots for a month!

Hmm i don’t think I’ll be able to this one! I plan to do this one on holidays for two weeks and croos it off my list!
